About Returns
We hope you will love everything you have ordered from us, but if something isn’t quite right, we have a 14 day returns policy* from the day you receive your order. This applies to full priced and sale items.
*Please check your order upon deliver, as we understand our products are purchased months prior to your little ones birthdays, Christmases, etc.
Damaged Or Faulty Items
Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any faults or damage immediately.
Our goods (including all special-order, "Made to Order Dollhouses" and "final sale" items) come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Please email our Customer Service team at info@mylittlemouse.com.au to report damaged or faulty items, and to process your return.
Please note, replacement parts will take up to three weeks to make before they are then dispatched to you. You will receive an email with the tracking details once it has been sent to you.
Age guide for our products
In general, our products are designed suitable for play for children 4 years and up. Some of the smaller items could pose a choking hazard so children should not be left unsupervised while playing. Our dollhouses and dollhouse furniture are not intended for rough play, so please take this into consideration when purchasing. Our pieces are for gentle play.
