Pre order info

When you preorder an item from My Little Mouse you have purchased a very special piece to be handcrafted just for you by our very talented artisans. Each product description will have an estimated time of arrival. 

We ask our customers to allow up to 6 weeks for production and shipping time for any pre order (unless otherwise stated). Normally you will receive your products much sooner (between 3-4 weeks) However unexpected shipping delays may occur, The reason for most shipping delays are port congestion. Customs may also hold containers for a period of time once arrived in Australia and shipping schedule times may vary. 

We would like to note that shipping delays are completely out of our business's control. We will always do our best to keep customers updates on shipping eta's and delivery times (Sign up to our newsletter for our regular updates). We understand that waiting for a special item can be frustrating when delays occur. With the current Global pandemic, there has been significant shipping delays world wide and across Australia. We recommend choosing the express post option to receive item's even sooner.
