We ship worldwide - If you reside outside of Australia, your country may charge a customs/duty fee upon the goods entering. You will need to contact your Customs Office to get more information.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on our Dollhouses. For all our other products, shipping will be calculated at checkout. 

Shipping is calculated at checkout and is determined by weight - our website is integrated with Australia Post live shipping rates, so based on your location, you will be provided shipping options, either 'Standard' or 'Express'. 

Delivery will be by Australia Post and you will be able to track your order using the tracking number emailed to you. 

Your order will be processed within 1 business day. Please note this may increase to 2 business days during a sale period or holiday period. 

If you have entered in an incorrect address, please notify us at info@mylittlemouse.com.au as soon as possible and provide the address you wish the items to go to and we will update the details accordingly. Please note, once you have received Australia Post shipping details, you will need to contact them directly to amend any details.
